Quick User Guide

  • Choose your garment
    Click one of the tabs:Β Shirt,Β Pant, orΒ Jacket.

  • Set the measurement unit
    ToggleΒ CMΒ orΒ INCHΒ at the top – all input fields will convert automatically.
    (Fabric width always stays in inches, as per industry practice.)

  • Enter main body dimensions
    Fill in the basic measurements for your garment:

    • Shirt / Jacket: Body Length, Sleeve Length, Β½ Chest, Fabric Width, Wastage %

    • Pant: Outseam, Thigh (full), Waist (full), Fabric Width, Wastage %

    *Sewing allowances (8β€―cm length + 3β€―cm width) are applied automatically.*

  • Add optional parts
    Tick any optional section you need (yoke, pockets, cuffs, collar, waistband, hood, etc.)
    – the section will expand with extra measurement fields.

  • Check results
    The results showΒ yards and meters per piece & per dozenΒ for the main fabric (including all optional parts).
    Numbers update instantly when you change any input.
  • Use the buttons

    • Calculate – manual refresh (auto‑calculate is also active on every change)

    • Copy – copies the result summary to your clipboard

    • Clear – resets all fields to zero

    • Reset – restores a full set of demo values for the active garment

  • Interpret the note
